Bright Room with Pool in Central Madrid Spacious and quiet 13 m2 bedroom in a warm, welcoming apartment in central Madrid. The room features a 135 × 190 cm double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, plenty of natural light, and enough space for a desk, making it ideal for both relaxing and working from home. The apartment is located in Cuesta de las Descargas 11, within walking distance of La Latina, Puerta de Toledo, Madrid Río, supermarkets, cafés, and excellent public transport. The building also offers a private swimming pool for residents. You’ll share the apartment with the owner, a 52-year-old fashion industry professional, in a calm and respectful environment. He is usually away on weekends. The home is also shared with two friendly cats, so it’s important that you enjoy living with pets and are happy to give them a little affection. A perfect home for a professional or postgraduate looking for a peaceful, comfortable place in the heart of Madrid.
