Your contract includes housekeeping, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, drying machine, iron, dishwasher, and more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is up to us. Being part of our community is not only about living better, it is also about connecting, sharing, or working in a new city with people from all over the world. Gracia is the perfect neighborhood to stay in Barcelona! Come and experience the local life! Most of its quiet and narrow streets and leafy squares with no traffic noise are only minutes away from wonderful options of bakeries, bars, restaurants, and the market. Well-connected to the rest of the city. You can take the metro (Fontana, Lesseps, or Diagonal stops), but walking is also a nice option–the Gothic Quarter is a 30-minute walk down the grand Passeig de Gracia, and the beach at Barceloneta is 50 minutes away with lots to see along the way.
