Furnished apartment in Seelze for 4 people This fully furnished apartment of 54 sqm with 2 rooms is made for people living in the Hannover region for a limited time: a project, an assignment, a renovation period or a flat search. All you need to bring is your suitcase. Dishes, pots, towels and bed linen are here, and the bed is made when you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine, so you can cook on your first evening instead of eating out. A washer-dryer handles washing and drying in one machine, and an iron and ironing board are included. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV, plus shampoo and soap. The balcony is a good place to end the day. The apartment is on the second floor, without a lift. You can arrive at any hour: access works by self check-in, so you are not tied to handover times. Free parking spaces are available at the building, subject to availability. Location: Seelze borders Hannover to the west, and the city centre is about 15 to 20 minutes away by car. The S-Bahn from Seelze station reaches Hannover main station in roughly a quarter of an hour, so you can leave the car behind on workdays. Supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy and restaurants are within walking distance or a few minutes by car, which makes everyday errands quick after a long day. The highway A2 and A352 motorway are close by, as are the exhibition grounds in Laatzen and the industrial and logistics areas in the west of Hannover. The surrounding streets are residential and quiet in the evening, with the Mittellandkanal towpath nearby for a walk or a run. Please note: this is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are welcome on request. Just tell me which period you are looking for.
