Electricity and gas are included up to a fair monthly amount: electricity up to 120 € per month (about 300 kWh), gas for heating and hot water up to 155 € per month on average over the stay. Any excess is settled at the end of the stay based on the meter readings. Location: Feuerbachstraße S-Bahn station (S1, direct to Schöneberg, Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstraße) is about 150 m away, Schloßstraße U-Bahn (U9 towards Kurfürstendamm and Zoo) about 400 m.
