Price of the room: The price of the room is more ecnomic If you stay more time. / month % depending on your stay 10 - 11 months = 0% 7 - 9 months = 10% 4 - 6 months = 20% 1 - 3 months = 25% The standard price will be paid on the platform and the difference will be paid to the owner. Payments methods accepted: In order to fully confirm your reservation, the deposit must be paid before your arrival, aside from your first month's payment through the platform.
