There is a second complete bathroom in the apartment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is easily accessible via a newly installed elevator. Nearly all rooms, including the double bedroom, enjoy ample natural light and have access to small balconies. Amenities and Additional Information: We provide a crib and high chair upon request. Please notify us in advance. Two friendly brothers, your hosts, are readily available and live near the apartment. The apartment is situated in the Laviada neighborhood, conveniently close to Gijón's city center and various amenities, including supermarkets.
