The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and a washing machine. There is also a large, furnished and sunny terrace. It is an ideal relaxation spot for couples or small families. Apartment complex Monseñor has 7 pools (2 paddling pools), one of which has a slide and 6 lifts (3 of which offer a panoramic view). Furthermore, there is a tennis court, a squash court, a game zone (billiards, table football, table tennis, stationary bike), a playground, a pool bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a typical Canary Islands tapas bar, a German bakery, a mini market, a barber shop, an outside area with fitness equipment, and reception speaking several languages, where you can also rent a car. The bus stop next to the shopping centre takes you all directions: Airport, Mogan, Playa del Ingles, Las Palmas. A wonderful 18-hole golf course (Anfi Tauro Golf) is located just 2 kilometres away.
