Fantastic new build villa close to beach, town and golf. Really thought out layout, very high standard and pretty much everything is included in the price. Cheap to run and no community fee. The little resort (22 villas) is located in a relatively new area on the outskirts of Los Alcazares. However, there are both restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Front door leads you into a small entrance hall with access to the first floor, on one side to the bedroom and bathroom and in the opposite direction it is open in to the living room (32 m2) with open kitchen. Los Alcazares has a 7 km of beaches. As the town is still very much Spanish there is an absolutely fantastic atmosphere - an evening walk on the promenade is highly recommended. There is a fantastic view of the Mar Menor to La Manga. In Los Alcazares there is a large selection of all kinds of restaurants, and since the area is still very Spanish, the prices are extremely reasonable. There is a large selection of shops, shopping centers, cinema, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Mar Menor, Europe's largest saltwater lake, offers fantastic opportunities to do all kind of water sports. The water in the Mar Menor has a high salt content and water temperature is also higher than in the Mediterranean sea . The area is described, in several places, as one of the healthiest in the world due to the iodine content in the air.
