Two parking spaces are available in the same building. Services and Common Areas: The property features a garden for children and a playground, as well as parking facilities. Noise is strictly prohibited after 9:00 p.m., both inside the apartment and in common areas. Please be mindful not to disturb others when entering or exiting the building and apartment, as this is of utmost importance. We do not accept reservations from single groups celebrating events or groups attending European Championship football matches. Reservations will not be accepted from individuals intending to engage in illegal activities or inviting guests during their stay. The owner or designated contact person may request the signing of a contract upon arrival or payment of the rent. We emphasize the importance of respecting the neighbors' rest by maintaining a peaceful environment throughout your stay, especially during nighttime hours, both within the apartment and outside when returning at night. Failure to do so may result in eviction without a deposit refund. Please note that the price does not include tourist taxes, which must be paid upon arrival (in cash): 2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. These rates do not apply to children under 16 years of age. Bills are included up to 200. Deposit is one month's rent. Cleaning fee is required at move-out.
