Arrivals after the 1st of the month and departures before the last day of the month will be charged as follows: Arrivals Between the 1st and 10th of the month: the entire month. Between the 11th and 20th of the month: 80% of the month. From the 21st of the month: 40 euros per night and person. Departures Between the 1st and 9th of the month: 40 euros per night and person. Between the 10th and 19th of the month: 80% of the month. From day 20: the entire month. For couples: In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by 100.
