Deposit: 1 month's rent *** The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay (during January or August) after checking the state of the accommodation and the missing payments - Cleaning service of common areas its included in the price - Cost of utilities: not included: it will depend on the consumption and will be divided into equal parts among the tenants. (20/25 per month) MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. CHECK-IN TIME: - Check-in: Monday to Saturday till 20:00 - Late check-in fee (after 20:00h, Sundays or holidays): 30 - 50 RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the flat clean. If the flat is too dirty there is an extra charge: 10/hour/person. - Rental periods: September to January or February to June. - The rent must be paid between days 1 and15 of the previous months. Never later. - The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received.
