1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

This is a private bedroom in a 4 room apartment where you will share two bathrooms and a kitchen. You will have all the equipment needed including a double bed, kitchenette, desk and chair, plenty of storage units and wardrobe. All-utility bills are included in the price, so you don't need to worry about anything! In addition to the room, there are great communal spaces where you can interact with other residents and feel part of the community. Our communal spaces include a gym, cinema, study areas, several lounges, communal kitchens, laundry room, courtyard and roof-top terrace with a swimming pool. The perfect environment to study, rest, socialise and simply enjoy! Booking Process after paying: - Complete the admission form (the information to include must be that of the future resident) and pay the reservation fee of 150 to reserve a place (non-refundable). - You must send us the duly completed form and proof of payment corresponding to 150 to our email address. - Once the place is confirmed, you can formalize the reservation by signing the contract that we will send you via email and paying the deposit (800 refundable).
