The value shown in the Rent Summary as "Other", is the monthly value from the total administrative fee. The total amount is the result of multiplying the monthly value by the number of months of your reservation. The total amount of the Administrative Fee must be paid at the time of check-in. As an Example: If the there is written other: 100 euros/monthly, and your booking is for 3 months, then the fee would be 300 euros and must be paid at the check in. 6- Pets are allowed for 15 per day or 150 per month. 7- There is an alarm system in the property.
