In this room there are two 0.90 m. air beds (the upper bed has its protection railing that does not appear in the photo). It has built-in closets and a beautiful pink felt curtain covering the window to the central courtyard of the building. At the end of the hallway follows the master bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 bed, built-in closets, and a smart TV hanging on the wall. It is very colorful and has a dark blue felt curtain on the window overlooking an internal courtyard of the building. The bathroom is en suite with sink and bathtub with glass enclosure. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the kitchen, bathrooms and balcony. The building is modern and of new construction with recent renovation. El piso es de obra nueva con menos de 2 años de construcción. Ofrece una bonita vista a la cúpula de la Almudena. En la zona se concentra el Madrid de los Austrias e histórico, con típicos restaurantes y tascas españolas, comercios y mucho movimiento. La decoración es rústica y acogedora, cuidando todos los detalles, colores y espacios para crear un ambiente armónico. Al entrar se abre un espacio con la cocina a mano derecha y un pasillo hacia las habitaciones a mano izquierda. La cocina es en blanco con todos los electrodomésticos modernos de primera generación escondidos y empotrados en los gabinetes. Tiene una mesa central redonda en madera con sillas de diseño que mezclan lo antiguo con lo moderno. A la izquierda hay un escritorio / biblioteca en turquesa y madera, con espacio de trabajo, archivadores modernos en metal amarillo, y una silla azul. El espacio cuenta con una gran sofá en color rosado, una butaca en color fucsia, una silla en piel, 2 mesillas de centro y una lámpara de pie. Hay una televisión de pie de gran formato, y una equipo de proyección con una pantalla que baja en la pared encima del escritorio. Al regresar a la entrada y por el pasillo, a la izquierda se encuentra la segunda habitación con su baño en suite con plato de ducha con cabina de crital. En esta habitación hay 2 camas aéreas de 0.90 (la cama superior tiene su baranda de protección que no aparece en la foto). Cuenta con armarios empotrados y una bonita cortina en fieltro rosado que cubre la ventana al patio central del edificio. Al final del pasillo le sigue la habitación principal con cama 1.80 x 2.00, armarios empotrados, y una smart TV colgada en la pared. Es muy colorido y tiene una cortina en fieltro azul oscuro en la ventana que da a un patio interno del edificio. El baño es en suite con lavamanos y bañera con cabina de cristal.
