Enhanced with a dedicated workspace, this room is adorned with light cream-colored flooring, offering an idyllic retreat. Noteworthy are the double-glazed windows with dual insulation chambers, ensuring comfort and serenity. The Diamond room is furnished with essential amenities including a double bed, safety lock, wardrobe with two doors and two drawers, ceiling fan, wall mirror, and desk. Rent encompasses a comprehensive array of services to elevate your living experience, including water and electricity (with a 40/month allowance), WiFi internet, thrice-weekly cleaning of common areas, bi-weekly room and bathroom cleaning, as well as bi-weekly sheet and towel changes. Moreover, we provide repair and replacement services for your peace of mind, with round-the-clock service hours. The common areas feature a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room, fostering camaraderie and convenience. The house is equipped with all the essentials for daily living, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, pots, pans, complete kitchen utensils, two large-capacity refrigerators with freezers, a washing machine, and a television. There is an admin fee payable at move-in equal to 5% of the total contract value (e.g. for a 6 month stay admin fee is calculated as 1200*6*0.05 = 360).
