We are looking for flatemates from 18 to 35 years old. The expenses are included in the price (electricity, water, natural gas, 300 MB fiber optic internet, weekly cleaning of common areas). 1 month deposit. International environment. RENTAL CONDITIONS: Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.
