Located in Barrio Salamanca; 1 minute away from Serrano metro station and 5 minutes away from Colon Metro Station, within the Golden Mile of Madrid. The flat is very nice and quiet. Parties are prohibited. International environment. The expenses are included in the price (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). RENTAL CONDITIONS: Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid. Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80. (It's not possible to check-in after 22:00h) One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 40 Visitors staying more than one night: 30/night --- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
