We have two houses available in strategic area of the center of Madrid, perfectly connected by public transport. Both are located in the area of "barrio de Salamanca", very close to the main centers of study and cultural centers of Madrid, some are just a few minutes' walk away. We offer the following services: .Single and double rooms .Ensuite bathrooms are shared by two people .Furnished rooms with 90x200 beds, studying tables, ergonomic chairs, shelves and a wardrobe. .Breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday. . Kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle for common use. . Cleaning service from Monday to Friday and laundry service for bed clothes and towels once a week. .
