The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and closet; and the third bedroom has a single bed and closet. The 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has ceiling fans, radiator heating and high speed wifi. * * *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in Passeig de la Ciutat de Mallorca, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and schools. Just 5 minutes from the accommodation is the Corte Ingles shopping center and the Som Multiespai shopping and leisure center with plenty of restaurants, cafes, cinemas and supermarkets. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city. A few steps from the "Fabra I Puig" station, which is a multimodal interchange between several public transport options such as the metro (L1), Rodalies de Catalunya (R3, R4, R7 and R12) and also intercity buses.
