The flat is ideal for 2 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including its sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with shower, Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a couch and Smart TV, TV with HDMI cable. There are electric radiators to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a Split AC machines controlled with a remote. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100/month. Most of its street are pedestrian and in many others parking is forbidden. Even though, its streets are usually full of tourists, peace can also be found it this particular district.
