You can find a flat-screen TV in the living room, a sofa, a powerful air conditioning that distributes cold air and heat throughout the entire apartment. It is completely renovated and restored, keeping original elements like the painting of the ceilings; it is ready to move in. The property is located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, next to the Park of the Ciutadella and a 7-minute walk from the beach. The Raval is located within walking distance as well as other popular areas, such as the Gothic Quarter, Borne, Eixample, and Nord station. The red and yellow line underground stations are a few minutes, and there are also several bus stops and Bicing. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday.
