Within a five-minute drive - LA ZENIA BOLEVAR commercial center and HABANERAS shopping center, Torrevieja tennis and yacht clubs, and within a radius of only a few kilometers - Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca golf clubs. A great place to walk.

The price per week of rent depends on the season and is:

50 euros per day or 350 per week in low season,

85 per day or 595 per week in the average season,

180 euros per day or 1260 per week in high season.

200 euros a deposit, which is returned, subject to the safety of the property

final cleaning 95 euros, paid 1 time upon arrival.
