VERY BRIGHT room for a student girl in a newly renovated apartment to share with 2 university students. A 3-minute walk from the University, and 2 from the Juan de la Cierva Metro. The room is fully equipped. It has individual heating, study table, wardrobe and sheets and towels. Very quiet neighborhood with commercial establishments around. We seek to generate a good rest and study environment on the floor. Expenses are included (fiber optic Internet, water, community, professional cleaning of common areas every month...), except electricity and gas, which are between 25 - 30 per month per person. Cleaning of common areas once a month included in the price.
