DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (please, send them together with your request): - Tenants' Passport/NIE/ID. - Only for employees: Copy of your contract and copy of the last three payrolls (or pay the total amount of your stay at the time of check-in) - Only for self employed: Last income tax return. - Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement and last three payrolls from guarantor or sponsor. If any of these documents cannot be provided, the reservation will be canceled and the tenant will lose the first month's rent. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Overnight guests are not allowed - Stays shorter than 3 months: the whole rental period needs to be paid in advance - Signing a rental contract is required ----- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
