It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully equiped with all the commodities. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI. The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach: For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10/month -Electricity: 25/month, if any month the consumption is more than 25, the difference will be paid separately.
