1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

This is a renovated 4-bedroom apartment (each bedroom is for one person only). The shared areas feature a living room, a single bathroom and a generously equipped kitchen. Inside the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable double bed with a memory foam mattress, a bedside table, a desk, an office chair, ample shelving, and a spacious wardrobe. For your convenience, we provide bed linen, including 2 sets of sheets, 1 duvet, and 1 towel. Please be aware: The bedroom is designated for single occupancy. ALL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED: Electricity, water, internet. A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER comes once a week to clean the common areas (also included in the rent).
