Upon entering Betawi, find a cloak room with additional closet space. Down the hallway, there are two bedrooms. The first has a queen-sized bed. The second has a single bed and a dedicated work area for all one's work from home needs. Both bedrooms have unique decor evocative of the beaches that inspired the design. The first bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Further down the main hallway, come across the fully furnished kitchen. The space has all cooking utensils and appliances and a small breakfast table. The third bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom with a full shower. The luminous space comes with a queen-sized bed and personal office area. French doors lead to the living room, composed of a lounge area and a dining area. The design is unique with wood details across the wall and large mirror mounted over the impressive chimney. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *Ukio cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.
