We rent one single bedroom only for international students. The apartment is located in one Avenue. To fews meters walk the metro L4 and L2 stop station"La Pau". The Bedroom has a single bed, chair, large closet, pillows, curtains and large windows. Expenses:included Wi-Fi , but it is not included the Water,Gas and electricity. For example: if you there are 2 people you must pay 50% each person. Rental conditions: - warranty: 400 EUR. - It is not alowed not Couples. Not Pets. Not smoke/drugs. -You must clean the common areas every time you get dirty. (kitchen, living room and bathroom).
