La habitación no incluye sábanas ni almohadas, sólo el cobertor del colchón. Estupendo piso reformado con 7 habitaciones todas ellas dobles y dos baños completos, cocina grande completamente equipada ( horno, dos frigoríficos grandes, microondas, lavadora..) y sala de estar con televisión. Los inquilinos son estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales de entre 18 y 35 años. Excelente comunicación, situado en el barrio Salamanca justo al lado del metro Goya. La zona cuenta con numerosos servicios como bares, farmacias, supermercados, tiendas etc. Esta propiedad cuenta con portero físico.
