Madrid has many great sights on offer, make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better. Utrera offers comfort and style within their 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Of the 4 bedrooms, guests will find 3 queen-sized beds and 1 twin bed. All three of the queen size bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy and comfort. The single room has a dedicated workstation for all remote working needs, along with two of the double rooms. Utrera offers air conditioning to ensure sound sleep even during the summer months. The fourth detached bathroom with a walk in shower ensures that there's no line when getting ready in the morning. The open plan living room and kitchen has plenty of light streaming in from the large windows. The living room has a full entertainment system and plenty of space for sitting, perfect for hosting friends and family. The large wooden dining table and dried grasses and plant touches around the living room bring the grassland theme to life. As with all our apartments, Utrera's kitchen is fully equipped. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description).
