The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 6 guests, including its sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have a single bed. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a couch and Smart TV, with HDMI cable. There is a duct system heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a duct system AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport.
