If you like parks, then this is a great neighbourhood for you due to the large number of parks all of the area including the Jardins del Reial and the Parc Municipal de Marxalenes. Transportation: Tram line 6 can be accessed at stop Alfauir, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Tram stop Sagunt is a 9-minute walk and is on line 4. Buses 11, 89, 90, N2, N89, and N90 all run directly outside the apartment.
