In the upper level, there is a big and bright master bedroom, with areading area, a studio with a desk and 2 big and sunny terraces. In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. You also have some basic condiments for cooking such as oil, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper, as well as detergent to wash the dishes, thus avoiding the inconvenience and cost of making this basic purchase. The bathroom features a standing shower. Bath amenities are provided, such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The bedroom features a king-sized bed (150 x 190 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep and a closet with enough space for clothes. Also there is relaxing area with a reading chair, perfect to relax. The expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150 limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit.
