This apartment is ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 98 sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 5 people. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & a suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has double bed and the last one has a single bed. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, Oven, microwaves, dishwasher, vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with 4 seats and a flat screen TV. There is a gas boiler heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have splits AC machines. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 300/month.
