The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, , dishwasher, glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, , hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with four seats baby cot and flat screen TV. There is a ducted heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a ducted AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 300/month.
