Surroundings: Bus stop and taxi rank only one minute walk away, park next door, Spar supermarket three minutes away, chemist two minutes away, various bazaars and neighbourhood shops, football pitch, skatepark and sports park for outdoor training 5 minutes walk away.
Crossing the Lomo Blanco roundabout, you will find the IES Felo Monzon 5 minutes walk away and the University/Campus of Tafira 8 minutes walk away.

Solvency and demonstrable documentation (e.g. university registration, payslips, guarantor, account balances etc.) are required.
