This spacious apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 100sqm surface and a balcony. The space is divided in: - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms The building has intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 7 people. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed, and en suite bathroom with shower, Second room has a double bed, the third bedroom two single beds and the fourth bedroom a bunk bed. There are two more bathrooms The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa and flat screen TV. There is a gas heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a conduct AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 400/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. --- The apartment, which closest metro station is Goya, is perfectly connected to Madrid business area. Sol neighborhood, the very center of the capital, is the kick-off spot for every Spanish road (km 0). Ideal for shopping & gastronomy addicts, Sol hosts stores, shopping centers, bars & restaurants well known by Madrid locals. El oso y el madroño statue, which is Madrid symbol, is located at its main square. Due to its location and public transport connection, Sol square is the meeting point for many tourists and locals in Madrid. Here, you will find the old Post Office (home of Madrid presidency nowadays) & the clock tower, where hundreds of people gather to celebrate every New Years Eve. Preciados street, one of the first pedestrian streets in the city, is Madrid main shopping area, where to find large shopping malls or most famous fashion stores. On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks. Nevertheless, even though Sol neighborhood is located few steps away from the most touristic attractions in the city, it is perfectly connected to Madrid business area.
