The apartment is located on the 6th flood in a building with an elevator. The neighborhood in the bustling downtown area, providing easy access to the city's vibrant scene, cultural offerings, and local attractions. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50 are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter.
