From here you can access the spacious patio where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of the city while having a drink or the unmissable coffee in the mornings. A comfortable double bedroom with closet is also located on the first level. Accessed by stairs we find a studio overlooking the living room, it has been fully equipped to work or study at home with peace of mind. Another 2 comfortable double bedrooms, suite type and each with its own closet are located on this floor. One of the bedrooms has a small dressing table. Both bathrooms are complete, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.
