The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in a central location par excellence, the Eixample neighborhood, steps from Plaza Universitat and Plaza Cataluña. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, bars and restaurants. In addition, you will be a few steps away from the largest commercial center of the city with thousands of stores of the most recognized national and international brands. In terms of connectivity you will be next to everything and the metro Universitat (L1) and (L2) that will take you to any point of the city in minutes.
