It is located at a 7' walking distance from Vallcarca metro station,7' from the nearest supermarket, and 12' from Park Guell. You can enjoy our nice garden and wonderful roof terrace with (hidden) will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than 3 months. The rental is including all expenses (utilities & wifi). If you are looking for the quietest neighborhood well connected to the city centre you will feel great with us!
