The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave and stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking an most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with 4 seats and flat screen TV. There is splits heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have the same splits that work with remote control. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.
