You will be close to places of interest such as the Alfil Theater, the well-known Plaza de Dos de Mayo and not far from the famous Gran Via. Also, you can get to know the rest of the city by moving by public transport, being the nearest metro station Alonso Cano (L7) Iglesia (L1) and several bus lines 5,12, 3, 37, 149, N23. ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable) The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract: - From 6 to 11 months: 1 month's rent +VAT 21% in Spain - From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month's rent +VAT 21% in Spain. - From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month's rent +VAT 21% in Spain. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in) BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys. EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance) If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay).
