The apartment has air conditioning and wifi. *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located on Avenida Meridiana, within the neighborhood of Sant Andreu, a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and schools. In addition, if you love walks and green areas, you will be just a few minutes away from the Pegaso Park and the beautiful Can Dragó Park. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city. The closest stations are "La Sagrera" and "Congrés", which have several public transport options such as the metro (L1/L5), Rodalies de Catalunya (R3, R4, R7 and R12) and also urban and interurban buses.
