Main bedroom has a two individual beds & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate, whereas second bedroom has 2 single beds and an independent bathroom. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stayover night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk,coffee maker. hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and flatscreen TV. There is a split heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. Nevertheless, you can also get to the city center walking along Guadalquivir river, very recommended in the afternoon. The April Fair area is 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment and Benito Villamarín stadium 10min away on foot. In the surroundings of the apartment you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and banks.
