The apartment is composed of a large living room, a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, a single bedroom with 2 beds and a desk, kitchen and a second toilet. Located in the 6th floor of the building, it has lots of lights and excellent windows that isolate the flat from noise. * A second bedroom with a bunk bed, who can fit 2 kids of an adult (converting the 2 beds into a double bed). The street is just adjacent to the river, full with shops and bars, with an authentic madrilenian touch. One block away there is the mall Madrid Río 2, with all the shops you can imagine and across the river you have the cultural hub Matadero, with a cinema, a theater and temporary exhibits. Walking from the flat to SOL should take no more than 30 minutes, and with 2 metro lines closeby, you'll have access to anywhere in the city in a short while.
