Nice 1 bedroom apartment located few minutes from Picassos birth place and Plaza de la Merced with air condition, free parking and free WiFi. Our one bedroom apartment Carrera de Capuchinos has a great location as you will only be a few minutes walk to downtown. Picassos birth place is located in Plaza de la Merced which is only 350m away. Here you have a high number of restaurants and bars and it is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon/evening sunshine meanwhile you have a meal or a drink. From this point, the old part of Malaga starts: + 200m: the Alcazaba castle, + 200m: Malagas cathedral, + 400m Malagas port and Muelle Uno (area beside the sea with restaurants, bars and shops) and just behind this area, the Malagueta Beach starts, also with several beach restaurants and bars. We highly recommend to visit also the Mercado de Atarazanas (1200m from the apartment) where you will be able to enjoy different gastronomic options and also buy local products. Carrera de Capuchinos apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, air condition, wardrobe, fan, etc. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 guests, air condition, TV (32'), etc and the kitchen is equipped with wash machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and towel warmer. WiFi (600mb) is provided for free and there is also a free private parking spot if you come by car or have rented one. It is located on a 2nd floor and it has elevator. Pets are accepted. 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet KitRules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noise. Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 / day Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 / day. Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options: Picking up the keys: access to the apartment with code. We will send it to you the day of arrival. You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga). All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
