You can walk to any interesting point of the city, as the Paseo del Prado is only 10 minutes away (the main museums are located there), there are supermarkets and shopping streets in the neighbourhood, as well as being an area full of life, bars and restaurants. In case you want to go further away, there are many public transport options that will connect you to any point of the city. The price includes 2 cleanings of the flat per month, more cleanings can be requested at an additional cost. Wifi contract is included with own router inside the flat. It is forbidden to smoke, to host parties and to make noise or play music that transcends from the flat.
