Studio flat for rent

Our 2 guests studio Flamingo has a wonderfull location. You will stay about 200m from the beach and Puerto Marina (an area with a high number of restaurants and bars) As soon as you reach the main road beside the sea, to both sides you will have all what you need: public transport, supermarkets, more bars and restaurants. If you come by car, there will be a parking spot for you. Selwo Marina is 800m away, 10 min driving to Golf Torrequebrada and 1,5km up to Benalmadena - Arroyo de la Miel which is the center of Benalmadena. Here you do also have shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc and also the train station if you wish you take a day in Malaga or go to Fuengirola or Torremolinos. The same train also bring you to one of the biggest shopping centers of Malaga: Playa Mayor. We recommend to take a walk to La Carihuela: it takes around 20 min and you will be enjoying small streets, beside the beach and also a good place to shop and eat. The studio offers a double bed, a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen. Free WiFi 100mb and aircon/heating are provided, also free parking. The apartment has wash machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, oven and a 40' TV. The terrace has furniture. Pets are accepted. 30 euros per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit. Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noise.
