The apartment is cozy and recently renovated, approximately 94 m2, has 4 double rooms, the rooms all have a private key. It has two bathrooms, the two of them have a shower and toilet. Located in Pedralbes which is considered one of the best neighbourhoods in Barcelona, next to all services and public transport, it has a privileged location. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
